Indwe Risk Services is one of the largest insurance brokers in South Africa, providing expert personal and business insurance solutions.
The business needed a brand campaign that would emphasise the role that they, as brokers, play in the insurance value-chain, giving risk advice, treating each client as an individual and being there for clients when they need to claim.
Developing the creative strategy for this campaign, we identified one thing that really differentiates Indwe from its competitors. Indwe takes the time to talk to their clients, to listen to them, to understand their risk areas and to give the right advice to ensure that they are covered correctly.
The Hello Indwe campaign perfectly executes this key insight. Whether a client wants to get an insurance quote, is looking for insurance advice, needs to insure new items or wants to claim, having a conversation with Indwe is where it all starts.
This campaign reinforces Indwe’s mission that they put their clients at the centre of everything that they do, and it highlights their commitment to fostering long-term relationships with existing clients, while building solid relationships with new clients.
It further emphasises that insurance is not something that should be rushed. When people make a new purchase, be it a TV, mountain bike, engagement ring, home or car, they research it and take time to make a purchasing decision. But then, when it comes to insuring those things it’s often rushed. There’s a perception that insurance should be ‘quick and easy’, but this leaves people exposed and often leads to disappointment when they have a loss and need so submit an insurance claim.
